Rob Bryant
Chief Executive Officer
As our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Rob brings with him extensive experience from his 20 years at Medtronic. During his time there, Rob successfully led sales and clinical specialist teams across various business units, including ENT, Neurosurgery, Neuromodulation, and Sleep Disordered Breathing.
In addition to his impressive career at Medtronic, Rob also held a significant role at Stryker. His broad experience in the medical technology sector is complemented by his seven years of service in the United States Marine Corps, where he earned the rank of Captain.
This diverse background has equipped Rob with a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and strategic insight, all of which he brings to his role of CEO at Xoran. His track record of leadership and innovation in med-tech commercialization is already proving invaluable to Xoran, enhancing our ability to serve customers and partners alike.
