We have come to the end of an extraordinary year.
2020 has been marked by a pandemic that continues to test us. It was clear early on that we would need to do things differently. We have risen to the challenges and done our best to support you—our valued customers and partners. As a team, we are proud of what we have been able to accomplish.
Despite our efforts, there has been a lot of pain on the economic side. We have done our best to maintain our high level of customer support while minimizing in-person interaction and staff involvement. We will continue to improve our support to you, as well as tools that enhance clinic workflow and patient care.
In business terms, we are doing well. You have my most sincere “thanks” for continuing to believe in Xoran.
The pandemic is not over yet, but signs are encouraging and we look forward to 2021 with optimism. Wherever you are during this season, we hope you enjoy a happy and joyous holiday season with friends and family, safely and in good health.
