Inventory: International shipping has become very difficult in the last few months. Markets are affected and stock availability is low. Being a U.S. company, all of our products are manufactured here in Michigan. You have my assurance that we have enough inventory to accommodate all of your needs for new systems and services.
Installation: We will continue to minimize health risks to our clients, partners, and staff as we monitor the evolving situation. In order to minimize human contact and potential transmission, we are offering free upgrades to weekend installation for new MiniCAT installations.
Scheduling Convenience: After-hour service and preventive maintenance (PM) are also available depending on your scheduling preference.
Remote Support: All of our devices are equipped with remote diagnostic capabilities and remote training, allowing us to address many issues without having to visit your office in person. Always available to you is our 800-70-XORAN service line for any questions, including additional training and support.
