From time to time we perform scheduled site maintenance as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services. During these maintenance windows, you will not have access to the XoranConnect site.

When is this happening?
We have selected a date and time to minimize the impact to most businesses, as we’ve found this is one of the least active periods for XoranConnect:
|Saturday, February 26, 2022||Starting at 10:00 am ET (7:00 am PT) for approximately 7 hours|
After the maintenance
If you’re not able to access our site after the maintenance time has ended:
1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Restart your browser (not just the tab).

How should I plan?
Since all access will be down during this period, we recommend you postpone any planned activity utilizing XoranConnect until after this window.
Viewing data: Since exports and features will also be down, you may want to export your data ahead of time if you plan to present or work with patient studies stored on XoranConnect during this window. Please note you will still have access to local studies on your Xoran CT system.
Will patient studies be saved?
All studies captured before the maintenance window will be in your account afterwards.
