The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded Alliant Healthcare with a new High Tech Medical Equipment (HTME) contract for the MiniCAT CT scanner. The purpose of these contracts is to promote consolidated equipment acquisitions in order to maximize the VA’s leverage with industry to obtain the lowest possible prices while maintaining quality and technological advantages.
