Bob Glazer joins Xoran Board of Directors

Xoran Technologies is proud to announce the appointment of Bob Glazer to its Board of Directors, effective June 24, 2024.

With over 45 years of extensive healthcare industry experience, Bob Glazer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Xoran. As President of Glazer Business Advisors, LLC, Bob leads a team dedicated to empowering private practices with tailored strategic advice to achieve growth, efficiency, and improved patient care. His recent roles include Corporate Advisor at Elevate ENT Partners, Senior Director of Business Strategy at Charleston ENT & Allergy, Consultant for Allergy Services at Schweiger Dermatology, and Strategic Advisor at ALIGN ENT and Allergy.

For the past two decades, Glazer served as CEO of ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA). Through his leadership, the practice has grown to become the largest ear, nose, throat, allergy, and audiology practice in the nation, with more than 200 board-certified specialists and 1,500 staff members in its 42 clinical office locations throughout New York and New Jersey. The practice proudly serves more than 80,000 patients each month and is currently on track to serve one million patients this year. ENTA’s continued growth and success is credited to the environment Glazer has created, where all ENTA team members work collaboratively and seamlessly to ensure the best medical care is delivered to those in need.
