MiniCAT Reduces Diagnostic Time and Radiation Exposure for Otology Patients in Canada
The London Health Sciences Center (LHSC) is Canada’s first hospital to provide fast and accurate results to otologic patients with medical imaging technology that reduces the time to diagnosis from up to 2 months to about 20 minutes.
The machine has been in use since April of this year, and the department is already seeing a noticeable impact for patients.
